Extremely Rare! The Rebbe's Handwritten Response on a Letter that was Sent to Him - Kislev, 1971

Handwritten letter that was sent to the Rebbe, from Kislev 1971. The writer asks for the Rebbe’s blessing for a certain trip: "הננו שואלים האם נוכל לקבל ברכת פרידה מכ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א לפני הנסיעה" – the Rebbe replied by marking the question and then handwriting: "כבפעם הקודמת" (as previously). 
Later, he answered another question, underlining the word  "להשתדל" and adding an indicating arrow (see pictures). The writer’s name was blackened on the letter. 

Size: approx. 16.5X23 cm. Some perforations along the folds. Small tears to edges. Good condition.
