A collection of 6 tractates of the Babylonian Talmud, Pesachim, Ketubot, Kiddushin, Baba Kama, Nida, Avodah Zara and Chulin. Published by the Va’ad Hatzalah of the Rabbinical Union of Germany after the Second World War, Munich 1949. Each volume has two title pages, the first title page is yellow with pictures from the camps and the words “Labor Camp in Germany During the Time of the Nazis”. “I was almost destroyed in the land and I did not leave your commandments”. Original bindings. Overall good condition.
