A copy of the arbitration decision handwritten by Rabbi Binyamim Mendelsohn Z”L, Rabbi from Kfar Ata, 14 of Chesvan 5696 – 1936, conducted by Rabbi Shimshon Aaron Polansky, known as the Tafliker Rebbe, on the subject of a commercial plot and a butcher’s building. The plaintiffs represented by Avodat Israel Warsaw, and the prosecuted Yaacov Tennebaum from Kfar Ata. The original decision of the Tafliker Rebbe was sent to Warsaw, this is a copy authenticated by the rabbi of Kiryat Ata, Rabbi Binyamin Mendelsohn, with his signature and stamp. On the other side of the page handwritten by Rabbi Mendelsohn: To Rabbi Warshavik, Rabbi Yoda Meir Abramovitch from Tel Aviv, grandson of Rabbi Mendel Kaminer (it is not known whether the names are connected with the arbitration. The letter is dated in the month of Marchesvan 5696 in Jerusalem and signed in Kfar Ata. In good condition. In the official letterhead of Rabbi Mendelsohn.
