Section 1, Q&A by Rabbi Haim Moshe Amarilio. On the cover is written by hand that it was given to the Maharitz, in the cover and pages 96 and 72 are handwritten glosses by him. He lived 1715-1805, was a sage of Yemen in the 18th century, a dayan and Ra’avad and Chief Rabbi of Yemen. Composed the Pe’ulat Tzaddik, and more. Founder of the nusach of the Jews of Yemen.
