On official letterhead, written and signed. From 1954, blessings to his student. Rabbi Wasner (1913-2005), the Shevet HaLevi, was head of the Chochmei Lublin yeshiva in Bnei Brak, a great posek (known as a posek hador). Student of Rabbi Meir Shapira of Lublin. In 1939 he moved to Israel, and in 1947 he was appointed at the Chazon Ish’s behest to rabbi and Av Beit Din of Zichron Meir in Bnei Brak, where he served until he died. Known as a miracle worker. Signs of folding. 21x13cm. Generally very good condition.
