Wine bottle stand, made of silver, with wonderful hammer and relief work, decorations of vines and plants. Handle with decorations of snakeskin scales. The top of the holder comes off to allow the bottle to be placed inside, and it is connected to a chain and a pin for locking it. Items like this were predominantly used in the synagogue. Not stamped. Diameter of the bottom: 8cm. Height of the base: 19cm. Total weight: 312g. Generally very good condition. Rare item.
