Rabbi Meir Heller (Semnitzer) of Jerusalem (1878-1939) was the son of Rabbi Moshe, a student and great kana’I of Jerusalem opposed to Rav Kook. He sent letters about his opposition throughout Lithuania, a fact mentioned in a letter to Rabbi David Idel Haim Bengis of Livui.
