The Rebbe would often receive letters from around the world, and he would take the stamps off the envelopes and leave them with his secretary, Rabbi Binyamin Klein. These are approx. 50 stamps given by the Rebbe to his secretary Rabbi Binyamin Klein.
Enclosed is a certificate of authenticity written by the secretary Rabbi Klein, who writes:
These stamps were in our Rebbe’s sacred room. When many letters from around the world would accumulate, the Rebbe would separate the stamps from the envelopes, put them in a special envelope and place it in a drawer of his desk. When there were many envelopes, he would give them to the secretary to be distributed. [The recipient’s signature].
