The Chassid Gaon Rabbi Shlomo Zalmam Havlin (1877-1936) a leading Rav of the Chabad community who was devoted to our Rebbes and their Shali’ach to establish Tomchei Temimim yeshivas in Israel and abroad. Rosh Yeshiva of Torat Emet in Jerusalem and its manager and the representative of the Rebbe Rayatz in Israel.
