SeferTikunei Zohar, a first edition with commentary Be’er Yitzchak by the kabbalist Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac son of YekutielZalman of Palezk, the Ra’avad of Mahlov. Among the first books that were printed with rumors and words of Torah from the Gaon of Vilna “… and this I said and offered before the Rabbi … the famous great Chassid, a G-dly man named by his handsome name Elijah parked in Vilna” (17b) “… I also asked before the great Rabbi HaMaor … Elijah parked in the Vilna community and answered me with his holy mouth …” (36a) – Zolkva 1778. [4], 22, 192, [2] page. Much moth damage, general bad condition. Cover not original. The first book listed in the chapter “Books that mention the Vilna Gaon in his lifetime,” in the Winograd list – Collection of the Vilna Gaon, no. 1283. On the title-page is a signature of the ownership of “… the Gaon Rabbi YossefNiv, Rabbi of Yass”, apparently Rabbi Yosef Landa Av Beit Din of Yass or one of his sons [similar handwriting to son of Rabbi Matityahu]. The Admor Rabbi Yosef Landa (1791-1854) – Av Beit Din of Iasi, author of “Birkat Yosef”, one of the greatest Chassidus of his generation, one of the greatest disciples of Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev, Rabbi Yisrael of Ruzhin, And the “OhevYisrael” from Apta gave consent to the book of Tanya in the edition printed in Jass in 1823. His son, Rabbi Matityahu Landa (1837-1917), served as rabbi in the cities of Lasfiz, Panzet (Pazenesti) and Poditurk (Podol-Turkului) in Romania. Author of “Toldot Yosef” – the history of his father and the pamphlet “Toseftet Shem” on the book “Shem Olam” on the names of Gittin. One of the greatest disciples of the Ruzhin Hasidim From his youth, he was known as an outstanding genius and was in contact with the greatest of Galicia, the author of the Shual and Meshiv, Rabbi Shalom Toibash, Rabbi Shlomo Kluger and Rabbi Mordechai Ze’ev Eitinga.
