Typewritten letter on official letterhead, from the Rayatz. 11th of Av, 1937, when he resided in Perchtoldsdorf (Austria) for rest.
He blesses the recipient: “May Hashem strengthen his health and that of his wife, may he lengthen their days and years in goodness, may they see nachat … with parnasa and while setting times to study Torah…and regarding his question about leaving the zevicha and sitting in leisure, while working in Torah and avodah, it is very right but he must do so in moderation…may Hashem help him in gashmiyus and ruchniyus.” He adds by hand: “Bgu”r” (B’gashmiyus and in ruchniyus).
