Rabbi Mordechai Pinchas Teitz (1908-1996) was and American rabbi in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He was a member of the North American Rabbinical Association, the treasurer of Ezrat Torah, and a leader of Vaad HaTzalah. He operated in a variety of ways (in secret and in public) to introduce Judaism to Soviet Jewry beyond the Iron Curtain.
