Partially missing copy: [1] 154, 78, 82-83. Missing the title page of the first section (that of the second is present). Stains and tears (light), not bound, overall good condition.

Rabbi Tuvya Belkin was a famous Chabad businessman, a follower of the Rashab and then the Rayatz, influential in the Tzemach Tzedek synagogue of Williamsburg, and a great composer. His niggunim Essen Est Zich and “Niggun from the Chassid Rabbi Tuvia Belkin” appear in the Sefer HaNiggunim.
