By Rabbi Yehuda Leib Zirlson (1859-1941), Chief Rabbi of Bessarabia and of the city of Kishinev (then in Russia, later in Romania), member of the Council of Torah Sages, also served as a Senator of the Romanian Parliament between 1920-1926. Cover is in blue ink, small tear, various stains. Generally good condition.
