Wonderful, hand-painted work of art, oil on canvas, depicting the lighted face of the Admor Avraham Matityahu Friedman, a precise work done by Victor Brindatch. Especially wonderful gilded wooden frame included. Side including the frame: 54x45cm. Generally very good condition. Victor Brindatch (Виктор Бриндатч) was born in 1941 and is a Jewish artist of Russian extraction, who lives and works in Israel. He is a member of the Israeli Artists and Sculptors Association, and was in the past a member of the same organization in the USSR. His works draw on much of daily life and the Israeli mentality, Jewish folklore and the changing state of the country. In his paintings, many of the current political themes are depicted, including depicting situations and events related to Jews in Israel and around the world: paintings and celebrations, soldiers and battles of European Jews. Fills many exhibitions in Israel and around the world due to his unique style that has earned him a place of honor among the artists of our generation.
