Stamped 835. Decorated with relief, hammer wok, and enamel. On the cover is a relief of an citron and the engraved inscription: “And you shall take a Pri Etz Hadar.” (Hebrew). Around the box is exacting, wonderful work of plants, fruit, and flowers. The box stands on four stylized legs with relief work of leaves and flowers. Height: 9cm. Length: 14cm. Width: 10cm. Weight: 382g. Generally very good condition.

Handmade silver Citron box.

Stamped silver 925, it rests on one leg, with the cover twisting off. On the box are decorations made with filigree work in floral shapes, and gemstones in red and blue are inlaid. Inscription on the upper crown: “Pri Etz Hadar Kapot Tmarim.” Knocks. Height: 21cm. Main diameter: 10cm. Weight: 265g.

Luxurious Citron Box – Mahogany wood and ivory.

Carved wood with wonderful shapes of plants, winged animals, and grape clusters. On each of the four sides is a plaque made of beautiful ivory, carved into motifs from the holiday of sukkot. On the cover is a carving of ivory of the whole sukkah. Length: 18cm. Width: 15cm. Height: 16cm. Generally very good condition.

Hevrat Rochtzim tzedakah box made of iron – Europe, 19th century.

Cast iron, in the center is an engraving of “Hevrat Rochtzim.” Perforated lid (for putting coins inside), connected by an axis, with a tab for locking and a handle for carrying. The Hevrat Rochtzim are part of the Hevra Kadisha, their job is to wash the dead, every organ separately according to a special order, while saying verses from the Song of Songs. Height: 11cm, diameter: 8cm. Generally very good condition.

Tefillin box made by hand with a small pair of tefillin – Israel, 1930s.

Made of wood in the shape of a Star of David. Cover closes according to an interesting mechanism composed of a puzzle. Inside the box is a pair of miniature tefillin, without straps. The content inside the boxes was not checked. Length of the segments: 12cm. Good condition.

Binding made of carved ivory, with relief of vines, in the center are the tablets of the Ten Commandments. Remains of iron clasps. Crack throughout the length of the spine and the rear binding. Silver binding made from hand-done cutting work – Germany, 1866.

Tukkun HaSofer v’Koreh – Five Books of Torah for those reading from the Torah. Redelheim, 1866. Bound in leather binding covered in silver, cutting work with wonderful floral patterns, made by an artist. In the center of the front binding is a delicate engraving of flowers, with the letters “R,Y,D,A”. In the center of the rear is an engraving of the letters in German. 17x12.5cm. Generally good condition.
