Rabbi Shaul Moshe Zilberman of Virshov (1849-1939) was the son of Rabbi Yitzak Isaac, a sage of Poland, who studied under Chassidic sages including the Avnei Nezer and the Gaon of Kotna. Served as Ra’avad in Kozminka in the Kalish region in 1882, and in Virshov, then as rabbi and Ram in Diort (=Dovhart)—the yeshiva there is named after him (Yeshivat Rav Shaul Dovharter), and as Av Beit Din in Lodz. In 1927 he moved to Tel Aviv and served there as rabbi. He authored Chiddushei Shaul Moshe (Tel Aviv, 1970), Pardes Shaul (Tel Aviv, 1945), and more. Authored articles in Kol Torah (Povianitz, 1926) as well.
